Prime location:  Just 1/2 mile west of Bergland's caution light on Hwy. M-28.  A short easy snowmobile trail to neighboring Bergland Snowmobile & Marine gives you lake access and access to trails #1 & 8, no trailering required.  About 1 mile by sled gets you to Bergland Dock Access.  Driveway is roomy, however large groups have the option of extra parking at Maple Ridge.

 

 

Responsible Cigarette Smoking is permitted, NO cigars please.  No Pets.

Rates   Winter:  Weekly $943.40 + tax OR  Daily $150.94 + tax (3 day minimum)

Summer:  Weekly $ 660.38 + tax OR Daily $103.77 + tax (3 day minimum)

  A $300 security deposit is required.                  21 day cancellation policy.         No Pets

Check in 3:00 p.m. ET            Check out by 10 a.m. ET
