RATES include tax Summer, April 1- Labor Day: $650 weekly ($613.21+tax); $110 ($103.77 + tax) daily with 3* day minimum Fall, day after Labor Day - Nov. 30: $800 ($754.72 + tax) weekly; $130 ($122.64 + tax) daily with 3* day minimum Winter, Dec. 1 - March 31: $1050 ($990.57 + tax) weekly; $175 ($165.09 + tax) daily with 3* day minimum * scheduling may allow for additional options 21 day cancellation policy. Security Deposit required at booking at the rate of $300 per week or $50 per day. Valid credit card may be used to guarantee security deposit. Full details provided in writing by email or mail.
