2nd floor bath has large shower. 2 car garage for your vehicles. Snowmobile travel from house right to trail on Railroad Street, 2 blocks to the south. Note to fishermen: You will need a trail sticker to travel between house and the Bergland Dock lake access. Remember to bring your helmets.
RATES include tax Summer: $117.92 + tax = $125 daily with 3 night minimum. $707.55+tax = $750 weekly Fall and Winter : $195($183.96 + tax) daily with 3 night minimum. $1150 ($1084.91 + tax) weekly; 21 day cancellation policy. Security Deposit required at booking at the rate of $300 per week or $50 per day. Valid credit card may be used to guarantee security deposit. Full details provided in writing by email or mail.
